Kristi Burtner, 200RYT Instructor and owner of A Wiser Me Yoga will guide an ALL-LEVEL vinyasa flow. BYO yoga mat. Yoga exercises are grounded in nature, focused on community, and allow the practitioner to be the observer of that nature in and around their practice. Abundant Flower Farm is the perfect place to do just that!
